Michael Monaco is a highly accomplished investment professional with a long-standing track record in finance, capital markets and private equity. He has played pivotal roles in facilitating public listings, executing complex financial and real estate transactions, and leading strategic growth initiatives.
Throughout Michael's career, he has played key roles in business acquisitions across multiple industries, driving growth, expansion, and enhancing shareholder value.
He has held high-ranking positions in both private and public companies, providing strategic leadership and governance oversight.
Mark Gural
Vice President
Mark Gural is an executive leader with a longstanding track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and strategic innovation. Mark has extensive experience in a number of development projects including the construction of an off-grid solar power plant in Saskatchewan.
Mark’s has proven leadership roles helping companies optimize efficiencies, cultivate high-performance teams, streamlining operations, and implementing data-driven strategies that enhance profitability and maximize long-term value.
Jordan Calonego
VP Corporate Strategy
Jordan Calonego, CFA, is a mining and heavy civil construction executive with a background in engineering and finance. He co-founded multiple public companies, including Mongolia Growth Group and Mandal General Daatgal, Mongolia’s largest P&C insurer.
He develops and manages commercial property in Northern Ontario and operates a regional mining and heavy civil contracting business.With extensive governance experience, he has served as adirector and committee chair for nonprofits, privatebusinesses, and public companies.
Civic Core Assets's property management is headed by Ross Keenan. Ross is a seasoned property management professional with over three decades of experience overseeing multi-residential buildings, condominiums, commercial complexes, office towers, malls, and energy sector properties. Ross has worked as a key figure in the management, operations, budgeting, and financial performance of properties to maximize value and efficiency.
Ross has held key leadership roles in property management, overseeing more than 60 residential and commercial buildings, directed operations and security and is Licensed under the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).
